Mark Morris, Senior Vice President, Risk Finance, Lockton Companies. Senior Vice President, Risk Finance, Lockton Companies. Mark provides consultation on alternative risk structures, including captive insurance and financial review of program structure options. He is a member of Lockton’s Construction Practice Group and leads the firm’s Accounting and Tax Practice. His captive work focuses on making sure the captive is meeting the organization’s objectives and is the most efficient mechanism for accomplishing the organization’s goals. Prior to joining Lockton, Mark worked in public accounting.
Michael O’Malley, Managing Director, Strategic Risk Solutions. Mike leads Strategic Risk Solutions’ consulting practice providing feasibility studies, financial analysis and strategic reviews for single parent, cell and group captive programs. He has over 20 years’ captive consulting experience and has been at the forefront of some of the industry’s major innovations including the first DOL approval to insure employee benefits in captives and the creation of the world’s first series LLC captive.
