Description

Captives play an increasingly important role in managing the complex risks of the construction industry. As project values continue to increase, trades become more specialized, and new risks emerge, the industry has seen increased opportunities for captive utilization. Few sectors of the economy face the volume of project-based risks and web of contracts that are part of everyday life in construction. How are captives responding to this challenge? In this webinar, we will use a panel format to answer this question from several different perspectives.

Topics to be covered include:

  • State of the construction industry & its unique risk management challenges
  • Group captive update & review of usage
  • How pure captive owners in construction are putting their captives to work
  • Utilization of cell captives and specialty programs.

This webinar is suitable for existing and prospective captive owners in the construction industry, as well as anyone looking to understand the practical application of a captive strategy in this industry.
