Description

In many ways, 2019 was a transitional year for the captive insurance industry with the shakeout from the 831(b) sector becoming clearer, while hardening commercial premiums saw greater interest in the use of captives in traditional property & casualty programs. At the same time, the use of captives in medical stop loss and other benefit programs continued to see strong growth. In our annual market update, we take a look at these and other trends affecting captives, report on captive numbers by domicile and discuss the outlook for the coming year.

This webinar is suitable for existing and prospective captive owners looking to get an update on developments in the captive insurance industry.
