Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS), a provider of captive management and consulting services, announced today the results of its annual customer survey.
In 2017, all customers responding to the survey said they were either *satisfied” or “highly satisfied” with SRS’s services. 92% of respondents gave the company the highest rating. The average ratings for the past five years have been as follows:
“2017 was an exciting year for SRS with our expansion into Europe and Barbados and solid growth in our existing operations. However nothing is more important than our existing clients’ satisfaction with our services. While I am pleased with a satisfied or better rating from all clients who responded, our goal is to achieve a rating of 5 across all clients”, said Brady Young, CEO & President of Strategic Risk Solutions. “It may not be achievable but we are relentless in our efforts to exceed our clients’ service expectations and improve wherever we can. We will be working to address areas of improvement identified in the survey as well as ensuring the same high standards are delivered by our new operations”, added Young.
High satisfaction ratings were achieved across a range of captive management and consulting services as well as high ratings on the quality and interaction with SRS staff. 91.5% of respondents felt that SRS’s services were good or very good value for money.
The survey was conducted in December 2017 and January 2018 with 36% of clients responding. The 2017 survey had the highest number of total respondents of any SRS customer satisfaction survey.
