Strategic Risk Solutions (“SRS”), a provider of captive management and consulting services, announced today that Rebecca Hale has joined the firm as Regional Manager – Mid-Atlantic, with responsibilities for captive management operations in DC, Delaware and New Jersey. Ms. Hale joins the firm from Willis Towers Watson where she was a Senior Account Executive. She also spent seventeen years at Marsh Management Services in Vermont. Ms. Hale will be working with Melissa Hancock, to transition into the regional manager role and assuming various client and leadership roles for SRS.
Commenting on the move, Rebecca Hale stated “I have always had a lot of respect for SRS as a strong independent manager and excited to be joining the team. I am looking forward to managing the SRS’s Mid-Atlantic clients and further developing the firm’s presence in the region.”
Melissa Hancock, a Director of Operations & Compliance for SRS East, who has overseen the firm’s operations in the Mid-Atlantic, will be assuming the role of Managing Director of Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS Europe) Ltd effective October 1, 2020 with a view to relocating to the company’s Malta office. In this role she will oversee the firm’s captive management operations in Europe, including its pan-European branch offices, working alongside Derek Bridgeman, who has responsibility for Risk Consulting Practice in Europe. She has recently joined the Board of SRS Europe. Ms. Hancock will remain as an active team member for certain SRS East clients.
